This cozy home in the center of Johnson City accommodates 12 guests in 4 bedrooms plus two additional sleeping areas.
The primary bedroom has a sliding door that exits on to the covered patio and king bed. The second as well as the third bedroom, host king beds. The fourth bedroom hosts 2 single twin beds.

There are three full bathrooms in this home, each of them stocked with organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully-designed home provides a pantry, that is also home to the washer and dryer. There is a beautiful new dining table that seats 6.
There are two living room spaces, each kitted with an HDTV with a Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. Guests can enjoy their meals in the formal dining room and enjoy an evening of games and entertainment in the living room.

The Eichen Haus offers an exceptional outdoor space, complete with a gameroom, outdoor patio and a large fenced backyard, perfect for your furry family additions to run free. In the converted garage, turned game room, guests can enjoy foosball, ping pong, shuffleboard or sit back and enjoy watching TV on the large mounted flatscreen. Gather on the back patio, complete with a propane grill, comfortable seating around a firepit and two picnic tables seating 12, great for outdoor lunches and activities. Venture into the extensive fenced backyard, where guests and pets have plenty of room to run around and play. Guests can even grab a disc and freshen up on their disc golf skills. In the evenings, enjoy the twinkling lights hanging over this backyard oasis.

This is a dog-friendly home as long as your dog is 12+ months, well trained, and housebroken.

The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for vehicles is available on the premises.

For guests driving electric cars and needing an outlet to charge up, the chargers at Pedernales Electric Cooperative are a block away from the home for guests to use if needed.

Other things to note:
-No parties or events.
-No smoking.
-By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. $75 pet fee.
-Hosts retain the right to require immediate removal of any dog if the animal is being disruptive to the neighborhood, causing damage, posing a risk to people or other animals, or for other major violations.
-Undisclosed pets will be an automatic $200 charge.
