Breakfast menu had variety. From the standard rice noodle options to toast, croissants. They even had dimsums. Overall breakfast choices was good. Food was nice. There were lots of dining options around the hotel. The newrest kfc closed late, so we were able to grab supper.

Best accomodations in the area

The hotel was quick to offer us alternative rooms when a fault was discovered in the room we had originally booked. This despite it being a very busy weekend. The hotel is a pleasant alternative to the shophouse hotels that are the mainstay of the area. It features a coffee house that serves a pleasant breakfast buffet, with enough variety to satisfy its guests. Conveniently, there are also a number of eateries around the property. However there are a limited number of parking spaces, which can be inconvenient.

Very good but must work to maintain quality

The hotel is new but already showing small signs that could impact customer satisfaction in the future. For example, the edges of the wallpaper in the room are already peeling. Also it would be better if the room was also equipped with a safe.

Room had a musty smell, and the bathroom also smelt bad, and the toilet bowl was stained. There was also no body soap in the dispenser. There was only a single small pillow for each person, unlike the picture which shows a pair. Breakfast was just ordinary fare, nothing to shout about.
