Nice home stay with convenient location

Generally clean and very convenient location, right next to KSL mall. However take note no interconnect. You will need to perform self service check in and check out by collecting keys from letter box. You will also need to throw all rubbish yourself during check out. Room and toilet is clean.

Improve on ur hospitality

A pleasant 2 nights of stay. The shower is disappointing, shud change a new one. Unable to watch the television as we have kids with us, texted the owner, but not much helping. So i hv to rate it as disappointing communication. We paid to give satisfaction n have an enjoyment stay in the room yet unable to watch a single picture in the tv and no reply when we ask questions during our stay. Please improve in ur hospitality with ur clients.

チェックイン、チェックアウト共にスタッフと会って確認できてよかった。JHバスターミナルからバスで移動できるので便利。食事も隣のKSLショッピングモールでできる。テイクアウトして持ち帰って食べることもできる。Wi-Fi良好。シャワーの水圧は今ひとつだったが、お湯はちゃんと出た。排水も良い。洗濯ができ、洗濯物干し台もあってよかった(洗濯機があっても洗濯物干し台がない施設もあるので事前確認しておくと安心)

Place was clean but there were leftover food left in the fridge that was not clear. Unit does not equip with storage heater therefore the bathtub seem to be useless with the instant heater. The instant heater was not very hot as well.

Like the location which convenient for shopping and lot of food. Not happy paying deposit on line which I having problem which the staffs didn't help to solve and persistently insisted us to try. Luckily met ERA agent Janice Mah help us to call and finally paid deposit to cleaner. I would like to thanks Janice heartedly as she is helpful, patience, trusted agent who helped us for the check in. Thanks again to Janice.
