"Corridor had an unpleasant smell and the hotel windows are so dirty we cannot see anything outside. Bedsheets had a footmark on it. Only plus point is the convenience to the mall"

"A bit dated but clean and well maintained. Staff very responsive. Breakfast has a good range and is very good. The pool was being refurbished but they had back up options which I appreciated. Walkable to mall and JB Sentral."
