"Reservei o hotel com algumas semanas de antecedência. E quando chego lá a "RECEPCIONISTA" me fala que minha reserva não tinha sido encontrada, e me obrigando a comprar a reserva que já tinha sido paga! Tive que dormir no aeroporto porque ela tava querendo me cobrar uma fortuna pra um quarto! Estou muito chateado e traumatizado, pois quando voltava pro aeroporto um policial balançando uma AK47 me estorquiu 20 dólares pra deixar eu voltar pro aeroporto. Pra eu dormir jogado no chão por 12hrs! "

"For starters they used a different picture for the hotel front. The actual hotel is located in a different location from the map on Expedia. The room was full of roaches. It was my first time in Nairobi Kenya and it was the worse experience I’ve ever had with Expedia hotels. I want a refund."
