Skynest itself is very secure and has a great little market on the ground floor where you can buy essentials, and a decent restaurant. The front desk staff are great. The rooms are great. You'll find cheaper option, but you won't find better. "

"Until I decided to travel for a business trip to Nairobi that weekend, I had never heard about this hotel. After reading few reviews and being undecided for a couple days, I decided to give it a shot! The hotel is relatively new, in a quiet and nice area. "The personnel were calm, courteous, helpful, caring and competent at their jobs. We felt completely safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was right there. The staff made us feel so comfortable. The food at the Harvest Restaurant was excellent as well as BangBang. Shopping was marvelous. Nowhere else in the world did we find people who were soft in speech and never shouting. Definitely would stay here again. We used the laundry service twice and all perfect."

"Superbe large spacious room with everything one needs. Pressure of water in bathroom was amazing. Room were cleaned properly. Breakfast was a 5 stars. Lots of choices. But mattress was old and uncomfortable, could not sleep properly, has to be changed. Room 814 to avoid."
