"This is our 2nd time staying here, the first time was perfect, the 2nd time not so much. The even hotel building is shared with stabridge suites. we arrived at 8:30 pm on a sunday evening. The even reception desk was empty and we were able to checkin at the staybridge reception, The onsite parking ramp is frst come first served and was full, and we had to park 5 blocks away and shuttle to and from the hotel, even though there is an employee parking directly across the street that was nearly empty. The Staybridge receptionist did not explain the parking very well and was rude when we asked follow up questions. There was a map that was not provided initially when explained where to park, until we asked for the address. We had a Mayo appt in the morning and wanted to know how to get to our car. she said come down in ample time to get the shuttle, we asked what was ample time and she snapped "AMPLE TIME". we then asked how long Is ample time and she said 20 minutes. It took about an hour to bring our luggage to our room, park our car, then call for a shuttle, and get back to our room. I was looking forward to a hot tub after a long drive but pool area closes at 10 so no time for that due to checkin. The rooms were clean and comfortable but the checkin and parking issue was added stress and was not very welcoming."

"Location is great if Mayo on foot is what you want. Other than that, there’s not much to recommend. I was on 3rd floor and it sounded like an elephant was above me. Breakfast is over at 9 SHARP. It consists of one microwave for anything hot. Stand in line. And, forgot about a second glass of juice, etc at 9:01 because the attendant locks everything down. "

"The property was nice, but staff looked very annoyed on evening/night shift if you went to ask a question. The rooms were nice and roomy, but there wasn't even a recliner or anything to sit in. The chair that was in there reminded me of a cloth covered school desk chair. So we either had to sit on the bed or in the rolling chair at the desk. We had an appt at 1pm the day prior to my husbands surgery and his surgery was cancelled by the doctor. I called the hotel and explained our situation and we were told we couldn't get a refund for that evening because the time was now after 2pm. I explained we didn't know this was going to be canceled and needed to head home. She just said this is what policy is. Also, we paid for parking ahead of time, but then when we looked at the website it said free parking. WTH. I asked about getting a special rate for being a pt and was told that we got a discount since we paid for parking. If it is free parking then where is the discount? We did like the location with shopping close by though. "
