Great location and nice hotel. We were able to leave luggage upon arrival as room not available for a few hours. Didn’t try breakfast as quite expensive and many places nearby to pick up a coffee and a pastry.
The young lady tending the bar in the evenings made delicious cocktails and was friendly and sociable. Would stay here again. The room was nice, not sure I’d call it superior but bed was comfortable and it was quiet.

The room offered everything that I needed for a few days in Copenhagen. It provided enough room and the bathroom was good.
My room was situated very close to the main entrance and it was facing the street, so some guests might have an issue with noise.
The breakfast buffet was amazing! There was a great selection of just about every breakfast food you would want.
The location of the hotel is quite convenient, too. It was just a few blocks to the central station and the surrounding area is filled with bars, cafes, and restaurants. After travelling around the city, I think it is one of the better areas for a stay.

The staff was horrible. I think her name is Gabriela. I have never been treated like this anywhere around the world. I needed to change hotel. I will never recommend this place to anyone and she should not work with any type of service.
