"I enjoyed my stay at Comfort Hotel Gothenburg. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to shopping and to many tourist sites. Also there is a tram stop right in front of the hotel as well as a ferry boat terminal. It is also an easy walk to the train/bus stations. The hotel is clean and modern with a lot of interesting photos of Gothenburg posted throughout the hotel. The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. They helped me locate an open currency exchange store when I checked in. Overall, I strongly recommend this hotel to people visiting Gothenburg."

When my flight was rescheduled and I requested an extension, they had no family rooms available—yet Simon went out of his way to secure an alternative room for us.
