Excellent location, great price

Took too long to check in. The wifi connection required too much information, selling you on things, asking for surveys, etc. I just want to connect and check my email after a long trip. Other than that - clean hotel. Room was ''European small'' but I don't mind that. It was clean and comfortable, with excellent temperature control and the location was great.

The best part is the location of the hotel. 1 subway stop from Union Station or if the weather is nice, you can actually walk there from Union Station. The room is more like an apartment. It came with a stove, fridge, dish washer, microwave and coffee machine. You can actually buy groceries and cook. The downside is the room is clean but very dated. Bathroom is also very dated. The staff is friendly, check in was fast, concierge was helpful in getting us where we want to go.

Room was very clean. Bed very comfortable. Great location to Roger’s Center for ballgame. Food service limited after hours. Front entrance needs renovation

Our stay at the Element Toronto Airport was exceptional. Highly recommended to anyone looking for comfort, style, and staff hospitality. Shout out to Vanessa at the front desk who helped us from our first day until we checked out.
