"Room was nice, pool was nice, and restaurant food for breakfast and dinner was delicious. The staff at the front desk were kind, at the restaurant the staff was professional and polite with great service, and the hotel was clean throughout. It is also in such a great location for us to walk with our kids to the children's museum just minutes away. Thank you for a great visit!"

"Nice neighbourhood...quiet. Check-in was easy with door pad. Unit is very clean & well equipped with kitchen/bathroom/& laundry needs. Comfortable bed & several pillow options. Tastefully decorated with lots of windows for sunlight along with darkening shades when required. Spacious back balcony with staircase & parking (rare). Near Victoria Park 5 minute walk & lots of restaurants within walking distance.Kristy is very helpful, informative & attentive. No issues with responding quickly. A great stay. I would rate 10"

"A very enjoyable stay in the heart of Kitchener. Parking is not included but the municipal parking directly outside the window was helpful. So quiet despite being right downtown. The heat pump is genius, and we appreciated the AC so much when it was in the 30's over the weekend. Comfortable bed, and everything worked as posted. Thanks!"
