"Stayed here twice and each time it was up to high standards. They also have a lovely breakfast, omelets, pancakes, sausage/gravy, cereals, yogurt. I would definitely stay here again.
Also, best pillows!"

"It was the most amazing inn. Given, it was the first we have been in, while doing a US road trip, having flown from Europe. The hosts are amazing and easygoing and the breakfast is to die for. Amazing experience overall!"
"The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. But what so REALLY loved the most was the shower head. So much wonderful water pressure. And very hot water. "

"The Elwood is always a great place to stay. The location is convenient to Campus/Downtown. There is a very good restaurant downstairs.
The hotel can be a little noisy because it’s near hospitals. But, that’s not too bad. We still slept well.
The only negatives, this time, is they seem to be having an issue that required de-humidifiers in the hallways and our room was always slightly too warm. Overall I definitely recommend this hotel."
"It is very dark parking lot at night, feels a little unsafe, a bit hard to find hotel as it is tucked back into the area. Made it very quiet though. A daily parking cost seemed unreasonable, I don’t think I have seen that before in hotels that were not downtown and right in city center. "
"Rooms look a little older with dings and paint missing on tiles and door frames, but overall really nice room for the price. Big free breakfast with nice lobby. "
