"This is a beautiful hotel in a very nice area of the city. Walkable to City Hall, restaurants, shops, and other attractions.
The hotel rooms are very luxurious. However, the architecture of our suite was less than idea. The price was too high for what they offered. "

"We had a lovely stay in Mercure Wein City Hotel. Front desk/ Reception staffs were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping and kitchen/dining room staffs were doing a great job.
Highly recommended this Mercure Hotel in District 2. Just 3mins walk and you're in St. Stephen's Cathedral, City Center.."
"I am so glad that my friend and I stayed here during our stay in Vienna. Check in was a breeze, especially with their online process before hand! Definitely take advantage of it. The coffee machine in the lobby that is available for a big chunk of the day was lovely. The room was spacious and clean and very modern! All of the kitchen amenities were awesome! The staff was beyond helpful and kind, especially when I realized I hadn’t booked my stay long enough and needed an extra night. The area around the hotel was nice, lots of restaurants (highly recommend The Nice Guys and Coffee and Friends) and grocery and a quick 10 minute walk to a U line and 5 minute walk to a bus station. Would stay here again in a heart beat! "
"We went to Vienna for 3 days and wasn’t sure if we did the right thing by choosing this location. But we could cover most of areas because of the location of the hotel. Very central but not so crowded. Bed was comfortable. Sofa bed was not so, asked them for additional cushion on the sofa bed which was addressed immediately. The lady at reception was very helpful advising us on best transport options to visit places. The guy at the bar was super helpful as well.
Extremely pleased with the spread and variety of breakfast. The freshly squeezed orange juice is a must have of this hotel.
Will definitely recommend and if I ever come to Vienna again will stay here"
