Eagles View, 360 degree views of Victoria, Olympic Mountain Range, Mount Baker and Vancouver. Watch the eagles soar above whilst enjoying the peace and natural beauty of the surrounding area. At the top of a private road on 21 acres within easy reach of the city of Victoria and all that the Cowichan Valley has to offer. Enjoy coffee on one of the decks whilst soaking in the views, also a stargazers paradise come night time. The home has all the modern day conveniences air conditioning, modern kitchen with large Italian cooking range, comfy spacious living area and 4 bedrooms. Pet friendly, allowing one well behaved dog with prior notice, there is a small fenced area at the rear of the property for the dog to be let out when needed. Owners live in a separate dwelling on the property with their two dogs, available to answer any queries. Take wine tour in the Cowichan Valley, visit local craft breweries or visit the local Malahat Skywalk. Wrigglesworth Lake a local swim spot 1Km away.
