"The staff was wonderfully helpful, the location was very convenient and centrally located, and there is a restaurant on the 18th floor for breakfast and any other meals. The hotel is rather dated, though. The price point was comparable to other, more attractive hotels in the downtown sector, so I was surprised at how tired the decor was on the inside. But the beds were comfortable."

"Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and staff were very polite and helpful There's a new port going in across the street from the hotel so expect noise during the day, there's also another port across from the hotel as well. There's no air conditioning in the rooms. They supply a fan though and the window in the room does open a well. Close to lots of amenities and that's why we chose to stay there. We would stay there again"
