Really nice place, tucked away on bear mountain. Guests were older, we had a young family, but it was not an issue. There is no pool for kids, you can pay for daily use of a nearby pool/spa. Cleaning, restaurant and front end staff were all very nice. I would book here again. My mother used the spa/massage and had a great review of her experience.

Amazing hotel! Rooms are huge and staff are very polite and helpful! Location is perfect as well as it’s not far from downtown Victoria. Very nice and relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant to housekeeping to the spa (which we didn’t even use but still the interactions we had were so pleasant). As well the grounds are so beautiful and well maintained. It felt like walking into a hallmark movie in the best possible way. So appreciative for the amazing experience and we hope to make this a yearly tradition. Thanks!

I feel for the price it should be better. We had to move rooms because the water coming out of the facet in the bathtub had black specks in it. The shampoo in the first room was empty. The second room had dirt on the tile wall above the sink and had a lot of chips out of the counter. The staff were great and the view was beautiful but should be better maintained for the price we paid.
