"The property is right on the ocean and every room has a glorious view. You can also buy a log for your fireplace from the office. The bar was very nice and the food special was great. We happened to be there for the beer and burger for $20 night and it was excellent. We want to plan a trip back as we enjoyed it so much."

"This was our fourth stay at Rose Cottage and it was perfect as always. Private and quiet, being able to see the see and Olympic Peninsula from the house and gardens is breathtaking. The house was spotless with comfortable beds and linens, full kitchen with everything you’d ever need and clean bathrooms. The location just out of Sooke is perfect for with everything just a short drive away. We can’t wait to return."

"We had a magical visit seeing eagles, seals, rabbits, robins, and seagulls. To be able to sit and see the Olympic Peninsula across the ever-changing waters of the Strait is a gift. Also, we enjoyed seeing Ray again. And, Kristi was very responsive."
