"Excellent service "

"Went for pleasure and opted for the breakfast buffet to be included in my price for the night. I checked before booking and saw it stated that breakfast buffet opens at 6:30 am and I found it perfect since I needed to leave early the next day. Well to my surprise when we got down the reception area we were told that the buffet didn’t open until 7 am. It was 10 minutes before opening so we decided to wait. Three minutes later a couple also came up and to my surprise the staff gave them their tickets for breakfast while we were still waiting. By 7:30 am hardly any food had been put out only fruit. I asked for menudo and was told they were still working on it. I decided to leave and get breakfast at my next destination because they were already an hour behind. Either hotels.com got the information wrong or they are very behind on staff. I didn’t find it rude though that an Asian couple got to in first while we Mexican looking had to wait. "

"I recently stayed at this hotel and had very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, whith all basics amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always .willing to assist with question and request."

"Room very spacious very clean, staff members very nice and helpful… has mini fridge and a coffee maker that’s a plus. Has a pool to bad the weather wasn’t adequate to get in…. Free breakfast and it was very good.."

"Every time I go there, they treat me very nice. The brooms are clean. They always give me a disabled room with some kind of chair to put under the shower as I am in a wheelchair."
