Cuartos limpios pero hotel necesita decoración mas moderna.

Good hotel, good food variety, the entrance to the bar to watch a soccer clásico was chaotic, no room to enter for hotel guess. Parking is on the back if the hotel but if you are renting a diesel vehicle tha back if the building is in the restricted area, very confusing. No help from front desk regarding this issue.

Very nice clean hotel. Staff was very accommodating and professional, loved location as well, just a quick taxi ride to downtown.

It stated that the room would be cleaned once during our stay however we did not have the room cleaned despite staying 5 nights. No tea towel or dish rack was provided in the kitchenette which makes it inconvenient when you have to wash dishes. We were unable to communicate with any staff from the accommodation when we had trouble with check-in as there is no reception desk. More clarity needs to be provided when advertising this property as the check-in is done online and then you have to use your phone to unlock the hotel and room doors. This property wouldn't be suitable for older guests who may not be tech savvy.
