"I needed a getaway from the city at short notice this last weekend - I was fortunate to receive a recommendation from a colleague suggesting Daylesford so I took a stab in the dark and landed on Rachael’s place. I couldn’t have made a better decision. Almost the whole property was mine for the night with only the full moon and the wind in the trees for company. A truly beautiful spot with such original decor, super comfortable beds (I slept in two different rooms, one green, one blue, because, well why not?) and an absolute cracker of a kitchen. I had so much space! Rach recommended a cracking place for breakfast just up the road (Cliffy’s) as well. I departed on Monday morning a new man. I’ll be back for more if I can find the time! Oh..and the garden!!! "
