Pésimo servicio por parte del de administración

La limpieza de la habitación fue buena pero había cucarachas en la habitación y el chico se la recepción que nos atendió por la mañana 6:30am supongo del turno nocturno a la hora de la salida fue pésimo, con mala cara y mal trato, se le pido que nos solicitara un taxi y me dijo que iba tardar, que si gustaba me parara en la calle… quizá se molestó porque me guardaron una bolsa en el refrigerador y tuvo que ir a buscarla … estaba de malas

Fue un caos nuestra habitacion

La habitación tenía cucarachas y otros animales y tenis mal olor el agua de la regadera. A mi hermanita le picó un animal cuando estaba durmiendo y a otros compañeros en su habitación estaba infestado de chinches. Muy mal servicio.

Muy bien ubicado, habitación limpia, cómoda, pude descansar a pesar de estar en el nivel de la alberca. Comí en el restaurante Cerezo, no fue la mejor comida, la verdad. El check out fue desagradable, el recepcionista-velador, nos hizo un comentario degradable en relación a las toallas, dijo "espero no se lleven ninguna toalla". Entiendo que hay casos, pero, fue un comentario fuera de lugar y grosero. Fuera de eso fue una buena experiencia. Problemas con control de TV e internet.
