"First of all, the phone number listed for the property does not work. They do not have a listed email address to contact them at. They do not respond to messages sent through the Expedia app. Do not book with them unless you go in person. During the rainy season, the road is impassable. The service level was part of the reason I rebooked without looking for alternatives on my second trip to Nairobi. They have the best pillows ever! A very comfortable, large, well appointed, quiet, air conditioned room. Plus a pool, sauna, fantastic hotel gym, courtyard, and multiple restaurants. Order the wood fire steak pizza. "
