"I’d say it was very convenient for a 2-night stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was done daily. The check-in process was easy — I did it through a self-service machine and received my room key immediately. I was surprised at how close it was to Atami Station (a 5-minute walk) and right next to the car rental center where I dropped off my car. Since it’s quite close to the station, there are plenty of eateries around, and there’s also a Family Mart just across the street. "

"予約から滞在中までのスタッフのサービスはとても良かったし、お食事も美味しかった 今回はクーポンの利用で安く泊ま等ことができ満足だったが、正規の金額であれば全体の内容からすると、お部屋からの眺望は6階以上でないと周りの景色が目線に入り気になったので高層階の旨みがないと思う。正直少し割高な気がした ドラマでみて、泊まりたいと思って予約したので少し期待ハズレな部分もあった "

"想像以上に部屋が広く、サービスも充分でした。 少し高いかなと予約時は思いましたが、相応のサービスを受けられたと思いました。 強いて言えば道中の道幅が狭く、且つ街灯がないため夜間の移動は非常に怖かったです。 行政に要望すべきところですので宿側に責任はないのですが、事実としてコメントしておきます。また機会があれば利用を検討します。"

"Exceptional traditional ryokan if you want to relax in Hakone & Yugawara! The thoughtfulness and service of the staff was wonderful in every aspect. Rooms were supplied with traditional robes, comfortable sleepwear, onsen on our terrace and hot spring baths. Kaiseki cuisine was delicious, plentiful and presentation was over the top. This is a beautiful facility with an excellent staff. If you want to experience Japanese culture at its finest you need to come here. Our 4 day visit was perfect...

"The hotel is up a steep sloping street and in a quiet area. It has a traditional feel and the cafe is really nice and the hot springs, however there is no view, unless you pay for the private baths upstairs. The whole place could use a bit of a facelift, but more of an issue was the lack of service and the quality of the food, particularly dinner. We arrived too late for the 6:30 seating and was given the 7:00 p.m. seating. Clearly the appetizer box had been sitting out for a long time and...
