"The space was clean and decorated in a fun, quirky way - a good fit with Seattle. Check in and out were easy. I do wish we'd known that the second bed space was part of the same room as small kitchenette, only bathroom entrance and entry. While the kitchenette was tiny, we appreciated the full-size fridge and freezer space!"

"Small semi-private space good for a quick overnight stay. We were in town for a concert and spent just over 12 hours officially checked-in to the room but maybe 9 in it, mostly sleeping. Basic amenities provided and plenty of books/board games/streaming services for entertainment. It’s a basement unit so no windows which means pitch black and quiet at night but that’s ideal for some people. Owner was great about communication before the stay and made an accommodation for us which was much appreciated. Unfortunately a bit pricey in my opinion for the area, space, and cleaning (which was super minimal since we were there such a short time), but I get that the fees not dictated by the owner can add up quickly. Allowed us to get to the next leg of our trip which is what mattered most."

"Excellent! Well maintained and well appointed home. Kitchen stocked with all utensils,pots, and pans. Basic spices and seasonings provided. Keurig and drip coffee pot. Bathrooms complete with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Beds very comfortable, and the downstairs laundry with detergent and dryer sheets was most welcome. The yard is large and the deck has a table and chairs. The only reason clean is 4 vs 5 is that the outdoor deck area could use some attention. HIGHLY RECOMMEND as a perfect home base for family times in Seattle."

"The house was perfect for our group of 10 people. It was a good location too and close to many of the popular sites to see. The description was spot on and the 2 levels worked out nicely. The place was very clean with plenty of room for people to sit and talk after a long day of exploring the town. Communication was great and fast as well."
