Upon checking in, we were shocked to find that they do not have air conditioners in the hotel. I cannot imagine what it feels like in the summer because even on a 55° day 17 floors up, we were pretty toasty with just opening the windows. We got a king size room. The beds are the old spring, beds, and Desperately need to be replaced. The bathtub would’ve been lovely. It was deep and nice, except for it drained extremely slow, and the bathtub had been patched not professionally. It looked very Jenkee was very scratchy. I would not even get in it. With all the staff was very kind, cheerful, etc.

"The place is serene and quiet. Rooms are comfortable and we enjoyed the fireplace. Outside area also very nice with beautiful msasa trees. We had a good restful holiday. For future improvements, door latches and general lighting in the cottage need attention and when possible a second bathroom maybe ..."

"I was very happy with their flexibility and they accommodated my unique needs promptly. Had travelled for a race and they allowed me to come and bath after 1130am and have my breakfast at 12 midday. And dinner was delicious. The service is just super. They are now my Nyanga plug"
