With two fully private living spaces under one booking, this home is ideal for large families, multi-generational groups, or friends traveling together—with room to spread out while staying connected.

Just two houses down, a stairway leads directly to Sandy Beach, the Treadwell Trail System, historic gold-mine ruins, disc golf, a playground, and miles of scenic walking paths.

Spur of the moment reservation. Excellent response from the host. The property is being updated but, in Alaska you don’t “just go to the home improvement store”! So, with that in mind-it’s really great! The linens were top notch, beds were comfortable and the kitchen necessities were new. It’s a fantastic location and the view from the balcony is so pretty. We enjoyed our stay and it fit our needs perfectly.
