staff was professional and generally friendly and helpful. The property is well cared for The atrium is nice and bright and welcome on both sunny and cloudy days. The cookies , fruit and bars during the day and evening and good coffee are welcome. The continental breakfast is good. hotel is quiet and well landscaped. The staff were excellent. There were warm cookies available upon our arrival. They have a shuttle that took us to Mendenhall glacier. They also will take you downtown or to the airport. The property is older but very well maintained the room and the property was very clean. We were only there one night so he didn’t have the opportunity to have the breakfast or use the laundry.
