"Hotel is in a fantastic location, but unfortunately our first room had moths in it. They did try to clean it - but they remained. The hotel staff did change our room eventually and gave us a free drink and breakfast - but it was still an inconvenience."

"Great luxurious hotel right in the centre of Newcastle! Only negative that sticks out was that we could hear the fan extractor outside the window of our room on a night. It was quite noisy and struggled to block it out."

"Last minute overnight stay. Reception staff great. Room tired with some damage.wetroom style shower floor not shaped properly so flooded the bathroom. Room was clean with tea/coffee/biscuits but even so, not for me."
