"The view is beautiful. The sunsets are spectacular. The internet works well. 2 of us had to use it to work from vacation. Beds are comfortable. The caretakers are very nice and keep everything in working order. They respond immediately to any problem or question as does the management company. The pool is great and this is the very first time that a house description was accurate and we really did have an infinity pool. They mention a dog living on the property. I am not a dog person and worried about this, but this dog is so quiet and docile that we all grew to love him. The website also mentions the steep steps to the beach. Believe them. The steps are steep, but my husband is 80 and I am 79 and we had no issues using them. Restaurants and groceries are close. And lastly, the Costa Rican people are friendly and kind. We felt welcomed and safe every where we traveled and we did travel from see the sights."

"We often had the entire beach all to ourselves. The kids LOVED the pool. The property manager was very responsive to questions and very helpful with suggestions. We even got to release baby turtles! We had 4 adults and 2 children. Understand the layout of the bedrooms if you have young children. Ours slept on the sleeper sofa in the living space to be close to their parents in the primary bedroom. Two bedrooms are downstairs on the beach side of the house so whoever sleeps there must go around the house to the front stairs to get to the living space and the kitchen. It worked great for us. Rooftop patio was perfect for amazing sunset views. There were many great restaurants nearby. It was a great stay! We would stay again."

"If you want to experience life away from the madding crowds, this is the spot to experience Pura Vida. Life in its simplest form with everything you need and our hosts were wonderful, keeping in touch with us and being of great help to get us settled in. I would definitely go back - just waking up to that view every morning was a gift in itself. Thank you both for accommodating us. "

"The house was great! Everything you could need. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front door sticks a bit and there are no inside stairs to the upper lever which we did not realize. But it was fine. Great for groups. The pool was the perfect size and very needed during dry season! Just a short walk to the beach. It was a cute town. Highly reccomend."

"Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The house looked even better than the photos and quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. We loved how quiet and authentic the area felt but still within a short drive to other beaches and towns (would recommend renting a car). We were sad to leave but would love to come back to the same house again. Could not recommend enough!"

"If you love the heat, the beach, and a pool without the craziness and busy atmosphere and loud music this is your retreat! You can hear the ocean waves all night, the monkeys in the morning and evening and even new animal visitors that make an appearance. Baby Sea turtles released a few door down. Beautiful sunsets. Pretty much paradise!"
