"Upon arrival had to change rooms 3 times due to broken door locks, then broken door. Front desk was very helpful but was very inconvenient to change rooms that many times with my 88 year old mother."

Hampton Inn by Hilton Edmonton/Sherwood Park
10/10 Excellent
"My family and I had our first time travelling and staying at this hotel chain. The overall experience was fantastic. The room was clean, and the housekeeping was always polite and helpful when we needed anything. We also had some unusual requests because we were attending a wedding that weekend. We needed some items that weren’t typically available from the concierge at the front desk. However, the staff went above and beyond to help us out. They even managed to get the maintenance guy to assist us with an unrelated issue. I would definitely say the staff was exceptional. One thing that was a bit disappointing, though, was the upkeep of the whirlpool on the first floor. My kids were swimming in the actual pool, while my wife and I decided to relax in the whirlpool. Unfortunately, we noticed a lot of dead skin floating around, indicating that it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. This was a major turn-off, and we left immediately without going back. That being said, we didn’t specifically choose this hotel for the whirlpool, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. The rest of the experience was great. Most importantly, the free breakfast was always delicious, warm, and freshly prepared. The staff who kept the breakfast room was also very polite and friendly. We would definitely stay here again when we visit that city in the future. We had a great experience and it was reasonably priced."
