"We booked HQ for a weekend at the MGP, we stayed in their Glen Mona building just down the road which wasn't an issue for us, though we were on the top floor with quite a lot of stairs. The room was clean and spacious, turned down daily during our stay, and staff were friendly. We made use of the included breakfasts both mornings which were great, only thing is it was only available for around 90 minutes but this worked with our schedule anyway. We were able to walk easily to the grandstand, restaurants and bars in Douglas, and would recommend staying here again."

"This is great apartment, very clean and everything you need is there. Quiet location and a 20 minute walk into the centre of Ramsey. Lovely hosts who made us feel very welcome. Recommend and would stay again"

"When arrived no one there to check us in waiting 2 hours until landlady came, there was no cleaning service at all during our 4 night stay. Breakfast was very good. There was ample parking and a pleasant walk into Peel. The room was in the attic so we couldn’t stand up as the eaves were so low. But it was very good value so we didn’t expect it to be much better. Also shared bathroom."

"This place is hidden gem. Loved it so much we stayed another night. Close enough to the electric railway to give you easy access to the island.. There is NOT a lot going on in Laxey, but that exactly what we were looking for. if you just want to relax and get away. The shore hotel is a great spot"

"Beautiful, immaculate, no expense spared in this lovely holiday home. You will be living in the lap of luxury and will even get a visit from the local ducks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the countryside but only 10mins by car to Ramsey, 20mins to Peel and 30mins to Douglas."
