Great unit in Seafront

Great location and balcony was protected from the winds all weekend. Upstairs bed very comfy but the bottom two were pretty hard even with toppers on. An extra gate key would be handy.

Only thing I “could” complain about was there is no Wi-fi….! Apart from that this accomodation has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Stroll to the beach, shops n pubs….! Couldn’t ask for anything better….would definitely recommend…….!

Great place to stay if you want to be close to shops and the beach. We had everything we needed for our stay. If I could make one suggestion it could do with having wifi.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property close to the beach. Our only comment would be there is no wifi and they didn’t have little things like very basic pantry essentials

The accommodation was great location, very nice but was not cleaned to the best standard. We had visitors from the UK and we had cold showers on the last night - we had a handy guy come out and fix but in the morning we all (8 of us) again had cold showers!

Perfect location, within walking distance to everything. Fantastic place for the kids with the swimming pool and lawn area. The bathrooms were clean. Comfy bed. On arrival the place appeared to be clean and well presented, however we were disgusted with the kitchen goods. The glasses, plates, cutlery and utensils were not clean and seemed to have some type of white scale build up. I had to scrub everything we had to use by hand a number of times before we could use them, which improved some of the items, but not all. By the time we left they were in a much cleaner state then when we arrived. The dishwasher appeared clean, however it absolutely stank, the filter hadn't been cleaned out. All this was reported to the property management the first day, however nothing was done to rectify it. It was very disappointing that we went away for a break and ended up having to do the cleaners job and pay for the priveledge!! When your paying $$$$ you expect better. Under the furniture and in the cupboards and drawers were dirty and also due for a thorough clean. If we return to this complex we won't be booking 18 on Doust.

Lovely property. Stocked well with serving bowls etc. When we started using cups etc we found they were not clean, but as we used the dishwasher we realised the dishwasher was not cleaning properly. The fourth bedroom was a let down as it was not a seperate room. But on the whole it is a lovely property on a lovely complex. Thank you

Lovely Views and Location

Lovely views of the beach, Great location. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the house. There had been milk spilled on the stairs and kitchen counters, also there was chewing gum or lollies squished into the floors. The girls said their bed didn't smell like it had been washed, there was a massive hole in the sheet and stains on the sheet. The master bedroom was clean though and had definitely been washed. My other issue was no oven gloves and no decent knives for cutting vegetables. I had to wash all the dishes and cutlery we used too as it was all a bit grubby. I am by no means a clean freak but I do expect linen to be washed and the dishes to be ready to use. Very disappointed.
