Good option for people on a budget but we will never chose it again. We came for the medieval charm but were disappointed. The room was tiny, the bathroom even tinier, the window hardly opened and the tv was broken. Staff was extremely unfriendly. Found a stack of religious pamphlets in the lobby. Inappropriate. Location was great though. Just consider cobble stones when dragging you luggage there and don't expect help with a heavy suitcase.

Lovely hotel to stay in, great location and the room we had was fabulous. Breakfast was really good and had a large selection of everything you could want for, and even a small breakfast available at 5am when we checked out early. Would certainly stay here again.

Friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. I particularly liked the pillow, which was very comfortable and made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I recommend booking with breakfast, as there’s a good selection of food. It’s better to arrive a little later, though, as there’s a queue when breakfast first opens. One unpleasant surprise was that when I tried to enter the breakfast area again an hour later, I was turned away and wasn’t even allowed to have a cup of coffee. Instead, I was offered the option to buy one for €3. I stay in hotels quite often, but this was the first time I’ve experienced something like this. I could hear children running around upstairs from my room, but I didn’t hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. Overall, the room was good, and I would recommend the hotel.

The AC wasn’t working properly and both showed error in the unit. Also the fridge made a lot of clicking noise all night. I could not get a good night sleep in the heat and with the noise.

Clean comfy spacious room. Only minor issue was the light getting in through the numerous windows so it was bright rather early. Otherwise super.
