"I had to clean the cup before i used it because it was dirty, there was grime in the bottom of the hot water kettle and I had to wipe down all the kitchen surfaces because they were grimy. The water smelled terrible/ Sulfer? I did not try to drink it but thank god i showed up with my own water. I bought ice the next day. The property smelled unpleasant, i opened the only two windows and used the window unit to circulate air. The bathroom was very clean. Towels were nice. no wash cloths thou. The bed was comfortable, the bedside lamp was broke. It was fine, but compared to all the other rentals I have been in in the last 5 years in that area they fall below the area for the price. There was no outside seating as advertised. Big gaps in the floorboards. quiet neighborhood. safe."

"Noble House was a welcome place of restoration and relaxing after spending several days in the backcountry of the ADK mountains. The cabin was easy to find, warm and welcoming with the comforts of home while having the peace of nature all around. Being pet friendly is always a bonus for me since my dogs usually are traveling with me. The fenced yard was perfect for giving my furry friends a place to explore. The host was amazing and so responsive. I would definitely recommend Noble House if you’re staying in the area. "

"Carrie’s place was super clean and neat as a pin! We appreciated the snacks from local places and the restaurant suggestions during our stay. The neighborhood and backyard are very peaceful and picturesque, offering a nice place for our morning coffee. The place is very spacious and really has everything you need for a weekend stay…or longer! We will definitely stay again in the future when visiting Saratoga and the area. "

Whether you’re in town for the races or just looking to explore, everything is within easy reach.The owner was wonderfully responsive and welcoming, and the fresh farm eggs waiting for us were such a warm and appreciated touch. It’s rare to find a rental that feels both luxurious and homey, but this one absolutely delivered.Highly recommend—would stay again in a heartbeat!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE. The owner of the place actively uses their cameras and watches your every move around the property, and texts you that you are being watched. This is not the type of "punctual communication" you want when renting a place for the weekend. The cameras were hidden too, which made us all feel very unsafe and was very creepy. They make you go through their "Property Management" for issues, and they even attempted to get extra money out of us for number of guests we had, even though we rented out the entire home (and yes, they used their cameras to figure that out!). They also have very poor water, which both smelled and tasted awful. Showering in it felt slimy, which is not a great feeling. Overall, avoid this place at all costs. Choose any other hotel or rental. "
