"The room and accommodations were great! The room was clean and fresh with no odors of smoking or air fresheners to mask unpleasant smells, which often is unpleasant in itself. The elevators from the parking garage to the rooms were nice to have, as well as covered parking. Overall, I would highly recommend staying with Crowne Plaza, and we will definitely be back again."

"When I first arrived at the hotel the front desk clerk Jay Jay I believed his name was? He was standing there helping another guest whom was in front of me and he stayed professional the whole time with a smile on his face even though it was New Year’s Eve and people were coming left and right. Once he got to me we engaged in small talk and he still had a smile on his face and threw out some suggestions on where to go. This man is so nice and kind glad to have ran into him because I was unsure if I wanted to come out or not and his vibe was right on. I will be coming back just to see him 😊 "
