This hotel is very well maintained. It’s an older hotel but you would never know that. We used to stay there 30 years ago and it looks better than it did back then. They have really kept it up nice. The pool is very nice. The gym is very high-tech and the hot tub is awesome. The front desk staff is very courteous and the valets are awesome. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I will definitely go back.

The pool was fantastic! Great food and service in the restaurant and breakfast area. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were comfortable with choices of fillings. I was never disturbed by noise at night. The shower was lovely. Had a huge square head that made it feel like a rain shower. With a handheld wand on the side. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay very much.

The room was exceptionally cleaned. I liked that you need to use your room key card to use the elevator to get to your room. Breakfast is extra. I only wish there was more directions to use “the link” to get to union station.

Absolutely loved my stay! The breakfast was delicious. There was a bit of a wait, but I give grace as it was packed for FIFA ⚽️. The location is perfect. Until station is right across the street. The waterfall is beautiful. The property is stunning.

$30 for overnight parking isn’t the best for big trucks, be prepared to pay for wifi and 50$ for late check out which we were given only an extra 2 hours which is understandable for cleaning staff. Probably first and last time probably staying. Clean, staff were friendly and the bottom floor is really nice.

We stayed here for the World Cup and had a great experience. Clean, spacious property very conveniently located for activities in downtown Cleveland, and along the streetcar line. It’s connected to a shopping mall and food court with a nice pool and plenty of onsite dining. Very helpful staff, especially Abby at the front desk who helped us deal with a minor issue with our room quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

The Westin Kansas City at Crown Center is a wonderful hotel! We traveled from Hawaii and was greeted with plenty ALOHA! The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the bell desk worker (who's been there for over 40 years) was very welcoming :) The hotel is clean with cute local shops and places to eat, and the beds are super comfy! We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.
