"Theresa was easy to communicate with and answered questions that came up throughout our stay. Westy’s bungalow was perfect. Everything you need in a cozy convenient setting. We forgot body soap and needed to make a run to get it (there was a bottle of shampoo and conditioner available and hand soap near all sinks). We brought laundry pods which were helpful and convenient to do a small daily load of laundry. TV was equipped with all stations and we enjoyed a nightly movie night after a long day in nature. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We will be back!"

"Perfect location, we have stayed further down the river, but preferred this location further up. The ability to leave a car at the other property and float down the river was a really great perk to this listing. Though the property is older, it was great for the cost and had everything we needed for our party of 8. Having the separate houses was nice when anyone needed a break from the group. Kids had fun fishing and swimming in the area right in front of the property. The paddle up to the head spring from here was not too far or difficult. Of course the ability to bring our dog was great too. We used the big park sized grill to cook dinners and the large kitchen for breakfast and lunch. The fire pit was nice for the evenings. There were lots of fun games and a poker set we enjoyed too. AC worked great, beds were comfortable. The owner and property manager were both great, and communication was excellent."

"This was a perfect house for our large group. The house was absolutely beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed to cook, relax and play on the river. It’s so wonderful to be right on the river whether sitting around the fire pit or tubing and paddle boarding."

"Super clean, comfortable, quiet and near all the fun. Enjoyed the outdoor areas like the fire pit and grills. It was the perfect place for extended family to meetup and each have their own space, but also have common areas we could share a meet or campfire."
