"Our room had an ocean view with king bed. The room seemed small & no microwave. Coffee packets in the room tasted bad. We had to stream on the TV. Tech came and could not fix TV. All the staff was great though. The location is a plus right by Black Rock. "

"Nice resort. Staff was mixed, some very helpful and nice, but others not so much. I do wish there were a couple more food options, the few places all had the same mix of items. It was really crowded at times throughout the stay. Room was nice, but quite small. Had a nice trip overall."

"We had an issue with our rental car on the way from the airport to the property. The valet guts were so helpful and accommodating to us! As our first impression of the property, they could not have done better. All the staff were friendly. We did have a view of the ocean and the pool from our room."

"Upgraded at check-in to ocean front room. Was able to view/video a lot of whale activity with the ocean front room. Room was very clean, welcoming and well kept. Staff was excellent and pools were amazing. Highly recommend this resort and will return!!"
