Very poor service in the Bar, Room lacks basic toiletries

Good breakfast. Staff is very helpful and room are very clean.

This was a horrible experience. Of the amenities listed, none of them were available. The gym was not open, the pool was under construction, the WiFi did not work, and the air conditioning also did not work. The staff was not helpful or apologetic at all, no one took responsibility for any of it. There was not even a place to refill water bottles with clean water in the whole hotel. We got to the hotel around 5pm after a long day of travel and were excited to use the gym and relax by the pool but neither were an option. We would have left to stay somewhere else had it not been late by the time we realized all of this. I definitely do not recommend ever staying here, save your trip and stay somewhere else!

very clean and helpful - the food was great and the beds and sheets were gorgeous. Also very accommodating with the extra mattress for my child
