Parking is a challenge, but the staff made every effort to make sure no one took the hotel parking spots that are reserved for guests. "Our stay ay Blue Steak was excellent. It was so clean and comfortable. During our stay we, unfortunately, experienced a power outage. It was pretty hot out! The hotel surprisingly didnt get too bad, thanks to the blackout curtains. They did everything they could to ensure we were comfortable and to make it up to us. We really appreciated it and would stay again! Beds and pillows were great too, which is honestly a hard find for us in Japan. "
"It was a great experience. Close to the beach and American Village. You walk along the sea wall, watch the summer fireworks from your balcony, and enjoy their vast and diverse breakfast buffet. We enjoyed staying here and the staff was wonderful. They answered all of our questions and were so kind from our check in to our late room service deliveries to our check out."
"Pros: Suitable for big family or big group, equip with all the necessary equipment, huge balcony with great view and huge bathroom.
Cons: limited parking space and soundproof (from ceiling) is not that great. Second parking is 4 mins away.
