Great Hotel would stay again.

It was centrally located, and it was easy to walk to stores and restaurants. Having Lawson located next to the hotel was also convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Best Hotel in Chatan American Villiage

Got the suite room with private pool and hotspring bathtub! The pool and lounge area were great with excellent Sunset view from the infinity pool. The hoping bath was excellent! The breakfast was the best I have had, with lots of local Okinawa foods. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and accommodating. No unpleasant surprises. The staff are great. We were able to check in early for a small fee. The hotel is easily within walking distance of everything in American Village. The breakfast buffet is a traditional style, so be ready for that. Taxis and tour buses are readily available. There is in room air conditioning which is important if you plan to be out walking during the day. Housekeeping on request. No problems whatsoever. I would stay here again.

Amazing location, great facilities.

Amazing breakfast. Japanese with some other stuff - something for everyone. But so clean and healthy. Great spa, open late. Great location, great service, all staff happy and kind. Room ok, not great. But spend time outside! Oh, go see the Magic Show in the same building - amazing!

There's a direct bus from Naha Airport to Lequ and conveniently located in the middle of American Village where you can find lots of food, sights & shopping. Everything is walkable and you could easily catch buses out to further places to visit. A Lawsons convenience store is also attached to the side of the resort for late night snacks. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were very welcoming throughout our stay. We loved every night we spent here and would definitely return!

Amazing experience! I will say that one tiny pillow per bed is insane. The beds were uncomfortable but the rest of the positve experiences supplemented these small negative things. Also, you need to place your key card foe the bathroom light to turn on! The staff was kind. The area was beautiful and convenient!

The staff was friendly, the rooms were very spacious (2 closets!!) and clean. Room is designed in a smart way. Free parking. Only negative is there was someone singing outside at night so it was a little noisy but they got quiet10pm every night.

Such a stunning and beautiful property. My check in was at 2, I arrived early and they let me use the pool early! It’s a bit of shame you have to pay to use the pool, the hotel is already expensive as is and that was the main reason I stayed here. The pool was amazing with amazing sunset views. American village was pretty cool, not very Japanese but still a neat area. I recommend walking about at night as that’s when all the lights come on and it’s very beautiful to look at. I wouldn’t spend more than one day here as there isn’t too much to do but it was still worth making the trip up.
