Staff was excellent and helpful. Good value. Breakfast was adequate - but you are not staying here for breakfast . You have an ok view of the pyramids, close to the new museum, and it’s not expensive. BYOB

The hotel was acceptable. However, the staff was AWFUL. Without going into extensive detail, I strongly caution future guests about booking pickups, drop-offs, or sightseeing through Omar. We were relentlessly harassed by Omar and other staff members to the point that a friend who lives in Egypt advised us to call the police. Although we did not involve law enforcement, the situation became so frustrating that we forfeited the money we had paid and chose not to stay for the second night of our reservation. Very pleased with this hotel and staff. The room was comfortable, with a balcony area and accessible to the upstairs outdoor area which gives stunning views of the pyramids. The service we received was excellent. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. 100/10.
