The location is the heart of downtown, Kagoshima city. It has a view of Vocalno Sakurajima and Kinko bay. It is convenient to walk, take a public transportation. Also, a big grocery store is the front of the hotel. People who working are very kind and respect. I am thankful. I had an amazing experience of this hotel.

the staff are very courteous but the place is very much understaffed. property is undergoing major renovations until april 2025. there is a plastic chemical smell in the hallways. room was acceptable but bathroom had mold.

スタッフの対応等には満足だが部屋が喫煙可能部屋を選んだとはいえ臭いが気になるのと老朽化からかトイレの水が少量流れ続ける音がしているのが気になった。 立地的には目の前にスーパーがあり買い出しは便利だが飲み屋街があるわけではないので便利さは人による。
