Convenient location. Property was useful but a bit worn and could be cleaner. Landscape was just so-so.
We loved our stay at this property. The house was clean and well stocked and easy to get into. The kitchen was well stocked. The air conditioners were great when we needed them. The beds were comfortable. There were beach chairs and towels and boogie boards and snorkel gear which we used everyday. The location is great if you want to be on the north shore. The walking trails around Turtle Bay were nice. I have no complaints about this property; I would absolutely stay here again.
The place was beautiful, close to Turtle Bay resort. But more important to us so close to beautiful beaches, with lifeguards, bathrooms and parking. So much to see, it was amazing.
The air conditioners worked well, so we were very comfortable, also there were fans.
Had a problem with electrical issues in master bedroom (host was very responsive to this issue, and brought out technician to fix). The air conditioner worked so it was fine for us.

Very convenient location and tidy unit. The owner was responsive and provided great resources for things to do, places to eat. The area is quiet, with easy access to beach and walking trails.
My family of four stayed three nights just before New Year's. We enjoyed our stay but felt somewhat misled by the "exceptional" review left by the one previous renter. We were disappointed by the paucity of comfort measures: just one night's worth of soap left in the bathrooms, low quality plastic dishes and silverware, no throw blankets or even additional blankets in the bedrooms. The bedroom closet was completely filled with boogie boards and snorkel equipment as well as a vacuum cleaner and an ironing board, and there was no dresser in the room so putting clothes away was impossible. At over $1200 per night once all the taxes and fees were added, we expected a more comfortable stay. I hope the owner and their rental agents are able to take a close look at the unit and make some positive changes to improve upon future renters's experience.
Host communication was extremely poor. Host offered us a late checkout for a small fee, which we accepted, then weeks later she booked another guest for that day and retracted her offer, which completely messed up our plans. Then, she lied about it and didn’t let us check out late at all.
The check-in process was absolutely awful. The gate code doesn’t work and the phone number provided by the host goes straight to voicemail. We had to get in touch with security guards to help us out.
The “rules” for check-out were ridiculous, as she asks you to strip the beds, start the laundry, and more, all while you pay a super crazy amount for the cleaning fee This fee is outrageous considering how small the place is.
This place is way over priced for what it is and i am very disappointed with the management by the host.
