"Beautiful property great service "

"The location is great, although advertising of it not accurate and misrepresented. Couldn’t get inside initially , zero response from host or follow up when help was requested. Upon entry place was full of live and dead cockroaches and geckos . Was not clean . Stove was deplorable . Dead spiders and cobwebs everywhere . Random left over food, condiments and frozen meals in containers in fridge . Pretty sure someone had been living there the day before or something . We got in during the middle of the night and I had to vacuum and clean after a 6 hr flight that had been turned around due to threatening tsunami. Zero communication. Ants under the cupboards and in toilet paper. Very misrepresented . As of this point VRBO has tried to reach out to host with also zero response so we shall see if anything changes . "

"The property exceeded our expectations. Check in process went smoothly with no issues. The unit was a perfect fit for our family. Extremely well maintained. The layout was fantastic with gorgeous views of the pool, courtyard, beach and ocean. Beds were very comfortable, all king & queens which our family enjoyed. Tons of details were abundant, from the right amount of towels provided, to the right layout & furniture to in unit washer and dryer. All technology, TVs, streaming services, wifi and surround sound all worked perfectly. Provided beach items (chairs, umbrellas etc) also came in handy. The unit provided handbook offered useful information and tips. We stayed a week in Waikiki and 4 nights in Turtle Bay and our family commented they wished we had one more night in Turtle Bay. Will be high on our list for our next visit. "

"The Villa was just as beautiful as pictured and the property manager was very good about communicating with us before, during and after our stay. The amenities were first class and the pool was quiet and a perfect way to relax after a day at the beach. We enjoyed the proximity to the Turtle bay resort and dinner at Lei Lei’s by the Golf Course. Having the property on the first floor was perfect for my in-laws. The location was quiet and we loved listening to the trade winds each day from the lanai. Mahalo for a memorable stay!"

"Everything was perfect. The host was very communicative throughout the process, the unit was super clean and the furniture and kitchen glassware, utensils and plates were high end. The hotel, even though not affiliated with this particular unit was very accommodating throughout the hurricane warning. They provided us a high floor to wait out the warming as well as provided food and drink. We were very pleased with our stay on the North Shore. "

"The perfect place for my family to stay in the North Shore. The place was clean, quiet, comfortable. It was a beautiful, short walk to the beach. It had everything we needed to enjoy a day at the beach. Kids complained that upstairs room did get pretty warm, even with the ac and fans running. But still comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! "
