"We are family of 5 stayed at the Airport hotel for one night. The hotel is conveniently located and there was no problem requesting a shuttle. We landed late evening and made it to the hotel close to the midnight. Unfortunately, the room we entered was not cleaned from previous stay. So we spent another 20-30 min waiting. We understand, mistakes happen. But it was midnight , after a long flight and we had 3 tired kids with us. So it ruined the first impression. The rooms are dated and dusty. Overall I would not want to stay there more than one night. The staff were supportive and helpful. "

"I am born and raised in Honolulu and retired abroad so I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed staying at the Pagoda Hotel. The location is so convenient that I didn’t need a car and walked everywhere and rented a Biki Bike just outside the hotel when I need to go a bit further away. The room was spacious and clean and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the service was quick and friendly. I previously stayed at more expensive hotels and didn’t enjoy myself like I did at the Pagoda Hotel, definitely will stay here again."

"This is our absolute favorite place to travel. We have stayed at Four Seasons properties all over the world, but this resort is special. Perfect weather, amazing rooms, protected swimming cove, several pools, restaurants within walking distance, but what truly sets this resort apart is the staff. We have come for years now, and over that time we have made friends with several people who make us feel like friends and family. Cody - while we missed Cody this trip, he always makes our breakfast experience amazing. He has visited multiple FS properties, and because of him, we have added at least 5 to our own list. Cameron - no longer poolside, we were so grateful to be greeted by him when we checked in at the front desk. He has taken care of our family on multiple trips and always seems to find a way to surprise us and make our trip unexpected and memorable. Justin Joey and Morganne. These two were absolutely the best part of our most recent stay. They daily looked out for us and our kiddos and continually looked for ways to make our family feel recognized and went above and beyond to make this our best trip yet. Other major shoutouts include Alyssa, Chloe, Kayci, Moani (always), Ava, and Noah (great to chat). Absolutely recommend this location! We go at least once per year, and it is by far our favorite family destination. "

"Location was convenient to location we needed, but the room smelt horrible & there were only 2 towel sets for a party of 3. I would not recommend this space. The building it’s located in looks great from the exterior."
