"My stay had a mix of positives and frustrations. On the downside, one of the elevators was out of service, which made getting around quite inconvenient. The wait times were very long, and when an elevator finally arrived, it was often already full. The amenities were also a bit underwhelming—there was no hot tub, and the pool was quite small. Breakfast was another disappointment. I expected a better variety of fruit, but the options were limited to apples and oranges, with pineapple only occasionally available. Additionally, the breakfast menu didn’t match what was actually being served, which was frustrating. That said, there were some highlights. The room itself was nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant overall."

"ALL staff were amazing. The room was what I booked and expected. I did however upgrade to the club level. Upon arrival the hotel is under construction. Makeshift lobby area, particle board walkway no nice lobby area to sit while waiting or to have a drink. Construction noise and mess and boarded up areas all over. Weird, makeshift way to pool. The club as advertised is NOT what it was. No patio to go sit and have a drink and view the ocean - it was a makeshift little space that was not nice, could not sit outside. Food was the same every day for 8 days for breakfast and for evening snacks - no canapes changed out - so disappointing for our first Hawaii and our first Outrigger experience. No offer compensation for the construction just go ahead and pay normal rate and sorry for the inconvenience. This is not acceptable. So disappointing. "
