"Nice hotel right on the beach with plenty of space to park your car out front. The mini breakfast is a nice plus as it will save you a lot of money compared to buying outside. It is a fairly basic offering but appreciated. The rooms are fine but do need modernising. The bathroom in particular was tiny and felt very dated."

"I stayed at Aaron's cottage for two nights and it was a great experience. The cottage was cozy, equipped with all the amenities you could need. It had AC, fans, hot water, a comfortable bed, a kitchenette and full bathroom. The place is easy to find and there is a nice beach within walking distance. The place is ideal for staying in the Hilo area or for day trips to Volcanoes National Park, or drive to the top of Mauna Kea (4WD required). Several great local restaurants as well as supermarkets...
