Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom on North Shore, with Turtle Bay golf course views!


You will enjoy relaxing in this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome located on the first fairway of the Fazio Golf Course at the Turtle Bay Resort! Beautiful golf course views with ocean view right past the golf course. You may even see some horses grazing in the distance! Gated entry to the Kuilima Estates West and on site security guards. Comes with one assigned parking stall. Also has guest stalls. Complex is on the bus route so if you don't have a rental car you can still access the resort! This is a fully furnished home with towels, bedding, kitchen amenities, etc. Just bring your clothes and toothbrush! There is even a washer & dryer in the unit if needed! You may purchase groceries in Foodland store located near Waimea bay or in Laie town. There is a nice restaurant at the golf clubhouse/store that is walking distance.
This home is about 45-60 minutes from Honolulu Airport.
The home is on the second floor (no elevator) which allows for better views and faces the ocean. The living area has a large Smart TV, Split AC, opens to a covered lanai. The main bedroom has a very nice King size bed, large closet, flat screen tv, AC, fan, lamps. The loft bedroom has two full size beds, fan, lamp and Split AC. The main bathroom has a tub shower combo and the bathroom in the loft has a shower. The kitchen has a stove/oven, microwave hood, refrigerator with ice maker & dishwasher. It is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker and Krueig single serve coffee maker, blender. There is a washer/dryer in the home.
There are ice chests, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, tennis rackets & pickleball paddles for your use. The complex has 3 swimming pools for your use, tennis/pickleball courts. You may also rent bikes, horses, surf boards, golf equipment at the hotel area or in Haleiwa.

This was home away from home! Everything about this property was wonderful. The beds and bedding were so soft and comfortable. Everything we were needing was already available. All was clean. The location is perfect for anywhere you need to get to along the North Shore, and The Polynesian Cultural Center was a very easy drive away as well. We were on a family vacation, and there were enough beds for everyone, and the two bathrooms were perfect. I will definitely be staying here again in the future. This is a great property!

Lovely stay at Turtle bay

This is our 3rd visit to the island and 2nd to Turtle bay. Love the quiet area. Condo was wonderful, clean, well stocked with necessities for day to day and lots of snorkels for the kids to use. Pool was great as well.

Turtle Bay Stay

Great House on North Shore

We loved our four night stay here. The access to pools, North Shore beaches and many excursions made this a hit for the whole family. The house had all the necessary stuff to allow us to make it home. The owner was very communicative and easy to reach. If we’re ever back on Oahu we will stay again.

Great location!

We enjoyed Spring Break here with our children. The condo was a central location to the north shore and east side activities that we had scheduled. Multiple fans and A/C units kept us nice and cool. This well stocked condo was a comfortable home away from home!

The place was perfect and exactly as advertised. I had an issue with my luggage being delayed by the airline and Jo Ann responded within 2 min with a temporary gate code for the courier to use to deliver our luggage. The owners are very responsive. The place was clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is beautiful.

Wonderful place to stay with a family.

Plenty of room for our family of 7. We loved the fully furnished kitchen, and all the toys. Taking the bikes out to the WWIi bunker, playing tennis with the racquets and balls and of course the beach with snorkels, boogie boards and buckets. Thanks for helping us have a fun, memorable experience at an affordable price.
