The hotel had a lovely pool and ocean view, but the thing that made it really exceptional was the helpfulness of the front desk staff. They went out of their way to help us when we had a flight cancelled and made the whole experience so much easier than it could have been.

This hotel was nice, cozy, comfortable, and very accessible to local spots. The staff was friendly and the room was great and spacious. The bathroom was roomy. I would definitely stay here again.

The waffle maker was amazing but the line was insane. Maybe can have the waffle line separate from the main line of everything else. Loved the fact that there was coffee and hot cocoa available 24hrs.

Rooms and property was clean and maintained. There was onsite security and we felt safe. Check in was a little challenging and construction on our floor made it a little inconveniencing. Eric the breakfast staff was so friendly and had a lot of Aloha Spirit.

The property was new at two months old. The palm trees are nice to view. The design had me thinking Hawaii. The staff was great. The room was comfortable. I don't know why customers pay for parking, snd a resort fee. This property isn’t a resort as all other Hampton Inns provide pool towels for no charge. This property is not a resort comparing it to resorts we have stayed in. And having to pay for parkingl when this property is not located in a bigger city that may use a third party parking structure.

Brand new hotel in old Kahului Maui

1 person at the front desk makes it for a very slow check in and also check out. The rooms are new and spacious so that was a real plus.. the charge for parking is sad especially since the room rates are so expensive ! It wasn’t affordable especially for locals, but there aren’t any other options.

The room was great! Love the toiletries! It was my first time there. It was a last minute decision so I didn't really research everything. Upon my check in, the front desk had one person. He was very busy and i had to wait to get his attention. He didn't welcome me or make me feel welcomed. I would've appreciated him telling me what was offered such as breakfast etc. But I understand he was very busy. During my stay the front desk had someone that was very nice and helpful. Checkout was fast and easy. The doors were sticky but I figured it out after the nice lady from the front desk explained it to me. The noise of the other rooms doors slamming is quite loud but it seemed everyone went to sleep at the same time. I would definitely stay there again. I really liked the room!

Luxe vibe on budget

We stayed 1 night at this brand new hotel and it was the perfect place to spend our last night before flying home. It has a beautiful lobby that opens to an outdoor patio and a nice pool overlooking a bay. Our room was clean, comfortable with mini fridge and microwave. As had some accessibility requirements, the hotel management was quick to accommodate us given our circumstances and we were so appreciative. It's very close to the airport and across the street is one of the best food truck parks -- try Like Poke's poke bake and boba tea from Street Market Boba. Note: overnight parking is $15/night, not free like the typical Hampton Inns. Buffet breakfast was like any other Hampton Inn. If you're looking for a comfortable, affordable place with a luxe beach vibe, this is the right place for you.

Expedia ruined my vacation experience by FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and almost four hundred dollars in hidden fees once I arrived to my hotel. My stay was ruined when I checked in and found out I had to pay hundreds of dollars additional to what I already paid Expedia. Expedia did not disclose that there are very expensive fees added daily for amenities The breakfast they advertised as FREE actual cost everyday even if you don't eat. Other amenities I was forced to pay for were a 5 minute ceremony where someone blows a horn and sprinkled flowers in the beach, something I didnt ask for and could live without. You are charged for this daily without a choice. I only watched it once because I wanted to know what I was paying for. The other amenity is daily lei making. I did not do this activity at all. Parking on site costs more than an Uber per day as well. I still dont know why but what could I do once I had already flown to Hawaii and paid Thousands . I felt trapped and ripped off by Expedia. These extra fees were not disclosed anywhere on the site. I contacted them and was lied to. The representative said it is noted in the additional facility details. It was not. It was FALSE advertisement by saying the breakfast is FREE when it is NOT. Expedia blamed the facility and would not refund my additional payments. I was not able to do some of the things I had planned because I had the to use funds to pay these hidden fees. I was very upset and disappointed my entire tri

Property is new and maintained well. Clean rooms, lobby smells refreshing and staff are super accommodating. Good location near the airport with plenty of ride share available in case you don’t rent a car. Fun to see cruise ships coming in to the bay during breakfast on the lanai. We will be back!
